Shipping Policy
Shipping Options:
We provide trusted shipping options to clients throughout the United Kingdom. Orders shipped with our regular delivery option are delivered in 2 to 3 business days. For individuals who would want to receive their purchases sooner, expedited delivery is an option.
Cost of Shipping:
The cost of shipping is fixed. Before finishing your purchase, you can view the shipping costs during the checkout process.
Order Processing Time:
Your order will be processed within 24 hours. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Tracking Details:
You will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details as soon as your product ships. This enables you to track the delivery of your shipment till it arrives at your house.
International Shipping:
Currently, tretinoin buy only ship within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your products.
Return & Exchange Policy
10-Day Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used due to the nature of our products.
Return Process:

Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of an error on our part or a defective product.
